Help without the headache

Let’s make this make sense.

Short answers for the moments when you need the app to carry something—not become one more thing to figure out.

Start with a clean slate

The app never adds sample tasks to your personal lists. Type or speak one thought, choose where it belongs and tap Dump it. You can add a date, person or repeat schedule only when it helps.

Install it on your phone

Open Mom Brain Dump in your phone browser and use the install prompt. If you do not see it, open your browser menu and choose Add to Home Screen or Install app.

Keep a backup

Your information starts on your device. Sign in from My App to turn on private cloud backup. On a new device, use the same account; if both devices contain information, the app asks before replacing either copy.

Get reliable reminders

Dates appear in Reminders inside the app. For an alert while the app is closed, tap Calendar beside the item and let your phone calendar schedule it.

Share with your household

Family Handoff is separate and opt-in. Only items you intentionally add there are shared. Your personal brain dumps do not move into the household list.

Invite another Mama

Sign in and open My App to find your personal invitation link. When a new Mama uses it and later completes her first Mama Plus payment, you earn one free month. Paid plans are not open yet.

Before troubleshooting

  1. Open My App and choose Export backup.
  2. Keep the downloaded file somewhere safe.
  3. Refresh the app. If you reinstall or clear browser data, restore that file afterward.

Never clear your browser or remove the app before making a backup of anything you cannot replace.

Still need a hand?

Send a private support note to report a glitch, ask for help or share an idea. You can use the core app without an account, pause cloud backup, export your information or delete your cloud copy. Read the plain-language privacy page for the full details.
